15ο AOAFF powered by ΔΕΗ: The old generation meets the new in "Mélodie en sous-sol"
On the wonderful and refreshing rooftop of the ANESIS summer cinema, we stole a quick glance together at the cinematically unforgettable world of the ’60s.
Last Thursday, the 15th Athens Open Air Film Festival powered by PPC and the French Institute of Greece reintroduced to the audience two legendary icons of French cinema, Jean Gabin and Alain Delon, in an utterly stylish, charming, and delightful film noir: "Mélodie en sous-sol".
The screening was deliciously refreshed by Fischer beer.
We’re setting our next date for this Wednesday, July 23rd, at 21:30, where we’ll meet at Drakopoulou Park for “A World of Gods and Monsters”… Two masterpieces by James Whale: “The Bride of Frankenstein” and “The Invisible Man” in a back-to-back screening.
